While cruising around on Niedldorfstrasse we
happened to find a real English Pub for a cocktail.
This was about the only place we stopped that english
was spoken, well not exactly english, maybe we should call it Aussy or
maybe Limey, but we didn't have any problem understanding it.
This is the first place that I discovered Suisse Beer
and Teri found out that getting ice in her drink was almost impossible.

This just another street in the area of Niedldorfstrasse.
The streets connect in this area at insane angles that probably made sense
to the people who built them a thousand years ago. There are buildings
in this area that date back to the seventh century.
Now it is a tourist area with many shops, each with homes
above.

On our first day in the Uitikon, Zurich area we rode
around the Lake of Zurich which you see in the background.
This was our ride for the duration of our stay in Suisse.
A 1989 Electra Glide with a Turbo Charger installed. Over 100 horsepower
and the thing thinks it's at sea level no matter where you are. The
perfect ride for putting around Suisse.

This is the Bahnhof or train station in downtown
Zurich. The building that you see here is actually the old station.
The new station is built underground beneath this building.
By catching a train in this station you can reach just
about anywhere in Europe you wish.

While on our putt around the Lake of Zurich we paused
for refreshment at this convenient watering hole. We thought it an
appropriate place to relax given the name of the establishment.
